Addison brushed her orangish hair out of her face with a sigh as she sat in the back of the class halfway paying attention; the other half of her attention being on the music she heard from the next classroom. When she was called on she took a few seconds to find the answer and then answer it to make it seem like she had been paying attention but since the subject was something she already learned on her own it was quite boring for her. A note was put on her desk from her friend who sat in front of her she read it and smiled some before she wrote back and handed it back to her friend. Of course it looked like the note had just appeared on her friend's desk from the movement that she used to not get caught by the teacher; not that it was a chance as the teacher had his back to the class writing something on the board.
After a class spent of exchanging notes with her friend, she left the classroom talking to her friend about going to see a rock band that they both loved. Of course she had already gotten the tickets shortly before they went on sell, which she knew would surprise her human friend. It wasn’t something that Addison normally did since she enjoyed the whole camping out for tickets thing but she had gotten into a bit of trouble last time she did that so she went with a safer way of getting the tickets. When the talk turned to it being a sold out show was when Addi told her friend about already having the tickets and laughed softly when her friend started to freak out. Both girls headed to the cafeteria talking about what to wear to the concert and if they had to plan a shopping trip to get the right outfits or not.
As they got their food her friend told her that some people were staring which wasn't normal but since Addi had changed her clothing style from posh designer to punk designer that day it caused stares. The black jeans she wore had a few chains connected to them at the waist that had some crosses and other small charms hanging from the chains; her shirt was a neon pink fishnet long sleeve shirt under a black t-shirt that had red butterflies fluttering around on. Her shoes where a pair of stylish heeled boots that didn't go with the rest of her outfit but she liked the books so she wore them even if they didn't really match the rest of her outfit. Plus her orangish hair was now pulled up in a messy bun with a pencil holding it up which she had done on the walk to the lunch room.
"Gee don't worry I'm sure it is just from my sudden change in clothing." She said to her friend with a soft laugh as they paid for their food and went to sit at a table away from everyone. It was known as their table since they always sat there and nobody else seemed to join them; in fact it was the table where the two girls met on the first day of school and quickly became friends. The two friends talked as they ate but it was clear that her friend had eaten more than half of what Addi had gotten on her plate to begin with; which was fine to her since she didn't eat much human food. She looked up when her friend’s crush walked over and she made up and excuse before she left and headed outside. Even though school wasn’t over it was lunch time and she could go off the school grounds to get lunch, which she didn’t plan on doing but did plan on skipping the rest of the day; after all it was only classes that she always skipped.
Once outside she smiled and stretched as she walked towards the park that was across the street from her school. She ignored the other people there for the most part as she headed over to the clear area and found a good tree before she glanced around. After she made sure nobody was watching her she jumped up and grabbed a branch that would have broke if she stayed on it too long and she had quickly moved to another one that could hold her weight. With another glance around to make sure nobody saw her move quickly she then climbed up to a nice branch and sat on it while watching the sky, nearly completely forgetting everything around her.

Alice wasnt doing too much of anything. Sitting around. She didnt have any classes until late today and had major time to kill. She had just hunted the night before so she was no where near hungry. She had no idea where Jasper was doing and wasnt too concern. She knew if Jasper was going to be in any real danger she would see it before it actually happened. It was one of the great things that she enjoyed about her gift, it protected the ones she loved the most.
Alice skipped along like she always did and was humming softly to herself. Even though Alice could hear herself she was sure that the humans passing along wouldnt be able to here here. Alice was dressed fashionable, but chillaxed. She was wearing a pair of her favorite flare jeans, a purple flannel shirt and some sneekers. Alice was heading towards the park, she had no clue why, but decided to go anyway. Why go against her intuition.
Alice continued humming as she passed through the parks. She passed a tree but then stopped. To the normal eye, there wasnt nothing there, but Alice knew better. She could smell Addison a mile away but just figured she was at school. She could see Addison up in the tree and shook her head. Alice did a double take to make sure nobody was looking and started up the tree. Alice joined Addison on a branch that was sitting across from her.
Alice looked at Addison and wanted to make a face but didnt. Even Bella had better taste in fashion and she was sure Addison didnt usually dress like this. "Please don't tell me that you've been taking fashion advice from Bella?" she question. It had been Alice's goal to change Bella's wardrobe but was still unsuccessful. "Why the sudden change in dress?" Everybody knew that Alice was the fashion diva of the family, and didnt know why Addison decided to look like this in public.

Addi blinked seeing Alice join her and when questioned about her clothing she shrugged and said "This is what I normally wore before Jasper found me. It's comforting to me to be in these clothes, besides the kids at school were starting to think I wasn't really a rocker chick and it is just fun to test the school dress code limit." She didn't lie for her reason for wearing the clothes she did, at least to Alice since she didn't know if Alice could tell if she was lying or not, but had anyone else, aside from Jasper, asked she would have lied. Although on the Bella fashion comment she said "Bella doesn't have that bad of taste in clothing, its pretty cool really." As soon as the words left her mouth she expected Alice to say something about the matter of Addi thinking Bella style was pretty cool.
Even though she loved shopping, at least it was something she enjoyed now that she did have money to spend on things, she knew her style didn't exactly fit in with the rest of the Cullen's. But on the shopping trip that she went on after joining the family she had managed to get a few of her style of clothes while also getting the style that Alice wanted. Although she was glad that her clothes took the attention rather than why she wasn't at school since she didn't know if she could get away with a believable lie. But she didn't really care much since she was still trying to figure out were she fit in with the group, she knew she didn't really belong just yet. Besides she was pretty sure that Jasper was the only one who had any hint of when she lied since she felt guilty about lying to people who took her in and explained things to her.
"Why are you out and about? I thought you had classes early today." She said even though she wasn't sure on the class thing since she had only glanced at the other schedules once to see when they would be home and such. Although she didn't really know why she looked at them aside from being curious about them and to see if they were taking any classes that seemed interesting to her. She watched Alice truly wondering why Alice was out and at the park and not off doing something else like trying to get Bella's wardrobe to be more fashionable.

Alice smiled and shook her head. As much as she had grown to love Addison, she still had the pet peeve of fashion disaster. If there was a vampire fashion police, Alice would be the head policewoman. But how could Alice argue with Addison with a response like that. “Well.” she started not quite sure what to say. “I can understand the part about the cloths being comfortable” Sometimes around the house, Alice would wear an old shirt of Jaspers and some sweats because they felt comfy. “Ok, but don’t you care about how you look like when you go out?’ Alice asked the young girl. Alice would never leave her house without knowing that she was looking her best. “But you deffinatly look like the rocker type” she said eyeing her cloths. “It’s just such a sudden shock. A dramatic change like this is extreme. You should take things one thing at a time” she wasn’t worried about Addison causing too much attention, because she was pretty normal.
Alice shook her head. Anybody that thought Bella’s style was good was extremely mental. Judging by the way Addison was dressed it wasn’t a surprise that she thought Bella’s style was cool. “Bella’s fashion is outdated.” Alice was trying to find the word. “Too tomboyish.” Alice knew that Bella was a bit of a tomboy but that didn’t mean that she couldn’t dress like a girl at least once a week. Fashion was like food, everybody had different tastes but that didn’t excuse her. “Well, I guess you can find Bella’s fashion cool, just as long as you don’t start swapping cloths with each other” Alice was already having a hard enough time raiding and arranging Bella’s closet, she couldn’t imagine trying to reorganize both Bella’s and Addison’s. Alice had her own problem of trying to fit all her cloths into her closet, she was beginning to consider whether Jasper would mind if she burned his clothes.
Alice shook her head understandably. “No, I had early classes yesterday. Today I have all late classes.” Alice sighed, reminded of how much she hated her schedule. Her schedule was conflicting with time that she spent with Jasper and the rest of the family. “But I’m seriously considering not going. It’s not going to miss much” she said remembering her vision earlier. “I’m just out killing sometime I guess. What are you out doing here?” she asked, but not like an authority figure way.

Addi laughed softly and said "Don't worry I won't be swapping cloths with Bella, even if I do think they are cool they still aren't my style." She grinned some at the why so sudden change in clothes and knew that she did it so sudden to shock people. It was her fun of sorts to shock humans with how she acted or dressed, which even if it was odd that was how she had survived on her own. "To shock people of course and too many human guys kept talking to me at school, dressing like this so suddenly keeps them away. Besides they are newest name brand clothes in these styles, so I get some good points for that right?" She said as she leaned against the tree trunk. Her eyes traveled to the sky more in thought than really anything else. Mostly she was wondering if she would have ever gained the type of life she had now on her own or what her life would have been like if she had a good family or coven to take care of her growing up.
"I'm out here because it was lunch time, my one friend's crush came over to talk to her so I left and the only class I had after lunch that really matters is advance math which I'd rather not attend. Plus gym was right after lunch and I'm not missing anything there." She said with a shrug. With a glance at Alice she smirked some and asked "Want to join the shopping trip my friend and I are planning to go on after school lets out? We need new outfits for the concert we are going to later this week, so a shopping trip is needed. Besides my friend needs some major fashion help if she ever wants to date her crush and get past the one of the guys phase that she is stuck in." She knew her friend did need fashion help and she knew that her own style wouldn't cut it for getting a guy, mostly because Addi wasn't that into the more stylish guys like her friend was. After all she liked her guys more of their personality and likes rather than how they dressed and she didn't think there were any stylish guys that fit what she liked.
She sat up and looked at Alice with a mischief look in her eyes before she asked "Can we randomly pick someone off the street and give them a makeover? It would probably be fun for us but it would get us weird looks from the ones who don't want a makeover." Ok so she was bored which was the only reason she suggested it and since both of them had free time to burn. At least she would have free time if Alice didn't make her go back to school, even if she would just find a place to skip on school grounds, or anything else.

Alice let out a sigh of relief. So she wouldn’t have to go on another closet raid after all. Alice didn’t say anything, she just nodded along with Addison. Alice raised her eyebrows in surprise at Addison’s comments. “Don’t you want to go out with a human guy?” she asked softly. Alice wasn’t used to vampires, or hybrids, to date humans. But with the success of Edward and Bella, why not give it a try. Besides, Addison was part human after all. “Some of them are very attractive” she admitted. Alice wasn’t stupid, and she wasn’t blind and there were some cute college guys running around the campus. Of course, Alice was admitting that they were cute, that didn’t mean she was interested or attracted to them. Alice had eyes for Jasper, her husband, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t play match maker for Addison right? Alice grinned at Addison’s question. “Well, if there name brand then yeah, you get some points.” Alice could see a rockstar in those cloths, just not herself.
“Oooh” Alice said nodding her head. “I don’t blame you. It can get kind of wiered and awkward.” she said agreeing with Addison’s decision to leave her friend alone with her crush. It would give her friend a better chance of making a move or him making a move. Alice nodded. She was able to skip classes from time to time because she was able to see what they were doing ahead of time. It came in useful. “Sounds like an icky afternoon” Alice hated both math (and Addison was taking advanced math) and gym. “Just make sure if you don’t go, you don’t make a habit of it” You had to be careful, because people tended to be very noisy. Alice perked up when Addison mentioned a shopping trip. Who didn’t like a shopping trip. Alice could spend all day at the mall if she wanted to, but it wasn’t open 24 hours. Alice would rather shop at night when there wasn’t anything else to do. “I’d love to” she said happily. “And I’m sure I could help your friend” No, Alice was pretty positive. “What concert are you guys going to anyway?” she asked out of basic curiosity.
Alice laughed at the suggestion of random makeovers. Alice had never given random people makeovers. She tried to give Bella makeovers, but she tended to get annoyed at Alice when she did that. Just a tad bit of makeup could make a huge difference. “That does sound like fun” she admitted. “But I wonder if we would offend them?” she asked out loud. Alice almost suggested doing makeovers for money, but her family already had plenty of money. “I’ll do it” she started. “But you have to grab the random people off of the street.” Alice was a people person, but she didn’t know how people would react to her personality at first, or Addison’s if she was dressed like that.

Addi shrugged and said "I only skip math on the days of normal classes... I go on the days for the tests, which confuses the teacher on how I manage to get within the top three of the class on test scores without doing any of the work or showing up for class. So it isn't a habit or, what I consider, that bad as long as I get good grades." How she learned the math was from helping her friend with the work but she figured that she had gained a bit more of knowledge than she knew from her time in the womb. At least that was how she reasoned being able to pick up most things just by reading them since it was that or she was just a natural smart person and she didn't think that she was a natural smart person. "Gym I, luckily, only have twice a week which this week I'm using the excuse of pms to get out of it." She said, which she found that reason useful to get out of gym for a week, even if it didn't happen to her.
"Not right now... besides I like guys for personality rather than looks, which most of the guys that ask me out are only looks." She replied to the question about guys. Even if she did feel that she shouldn't have said anything about the type of guys she liked to Alice, just due to what she knew about Alice. But she really didn't care about anything that would come from it, it might be easier if Alice did play matchmaker for her; which Addison really loved the easy way of doing things. Which anyone who watched her could probably tell from how she nearly always did things the easy way and avoided doing anything that required a lot of work.
She grinned and thought over ways to draw people in for a make over, she could read most people pretty good just from being on her own. Plus she was also thinking about her friends new clothing that should get the attention of her friend's crush. "Mest is doing a concert in town... they are in the top five of my friends favorite bands, so I had to get her tickets to their concert. Although I hope to get her crush to come too since I heard one of their songs on his ipod after school one day." She said, even if she was playing a matchmaker to her friend it was her idea of fun and plus she knew enough about them to know that they both liked each other. "Alright for the makeovers, I'll get the people for you to work on... how many people should we do this on?"

Alice didn’t blame Addison for skipping math. She too hated math even though she was pretty good at it. When you lived as long as Alice did, you tended to learn math. Especially when you took it in high school year after year. “That would make somebody wonder” she said nodding her head. “Just be careful, because you don’t want people to start asking questions” she added. Alice snickered at Addison’s excuse for getting out of gym. “Clever” she said nodding. Alice had never gotten pms before, but she had seen it played out in movies and TV Shows. It seemed to Alice it was another excuse as to why females had mood swings. “Just be glad you weren’t around when Bella had gym” she noted. “She was horrible” she said with a slight smile.
Alice was glad that Addison was looking for somebody with a personality. She saw so many dating shows where the girls were too stupid to think anything or the guys were so macho. “That’s nice to know” she said. It was really mature of Addison. Alice was sure that Addison was more mature than she gave her credit for, but Alice sometimes thought of her as her own child. This was mainly because Jasper found her and they sort of took her under their wings. “But you don’t want somebody who’s drop dead ugly either right?” she questioned with a raised eyebrow. “Your going to want to find somebody that makes your heart race and blood boil when you see them, but makes you calm and relax.” she said thinking of Jasper. “Edward waited some ninety years before he met Bella. Sometimes you just need a guy.” she told Addison. “You don’t want to be alone twenty four seven, or around us all the time” she added.
At the thought of giving random people makeovers, reminded her of trying to makeover Bella. She loved making somebody prettier. Alice had to admit, she had never heard of Mest. But she had a hunch that they were a rock band. “Rock possibly?” she asked. “And it sounds like you guys will have a good time if its something that your both interested in” she replied. Alice herself didn’t go to rock concerts. They weren’t really her thing. “But please be careful” she warned. “Rock concerts can be dangerous and I can’t see you” she said in a worried voice. It drove Alice crazy knowing that she couldn’t see Addison or Renesme. “He should come. It will be the perfect opportunity for them to get close”. She thought about it. “I dunno, five maybe more?” she said with a shrug. “But we should start with our first victim before we think about others” she said with a small grin.

Addi giggled softly having heard a story or two about Bella and gym and said "So am I, although there are a few girls like that in gym and I pretend to be that way if its a sport I don't like. I don't think Bella likes me asking for her help on how to be bad at sports." She grinned about the guy comments and said "I'm not always around y'all either... but I know what you mean... find a guy who is exciting yet not and who loves me and who I can love, if that makes any sense at all. I plan to do that for the guy I settle down with but until I find him there are plenty of other hot guys to date and experiment with." Of course what she meant on experiment is finding the right kind of personality that would fit with hers, plus dates normally meant getting all dressed up and asking Alice for help to get ready; so it was a win-win thing for her.
"Yup they are a rock band, at least all the songs I heard from them are rock. I’m always careful but I’ll be extra careful this time though if it’ll make you happy. Can you see my friend if I’m with her or do I keep her from being seen too? Since if you can see her when I’m with her then that might help you know if I’m gonna be alright or not. I hardly leave her side at concerts and normally make sure she gets home safely, mostly because I worry about her safty due to the fact that the only two humans I can remember both died because of me.” She said as she looked at Alice, she knew that she would do anything to keep Alice from worrying too much but that was mostly due to the fact that she thought of Alice as her mother. Even if it did seem weird to others it was how she felt, she didn’t know if it was because Jasper had been the one to find her or if it was just because Addi felt a bit closer to Alice than Esma in the mother sense; even though at times she felt more like a sister to Alice due to their love of shopping.
